Program Description

Our ENGINE class is a conditioning-based program. ENGINE focuses on cardiovascular capacity, power output and mental resilience. We all know (and love) how tough a good cardio session can be! Conditioning in our ENGINE class is purposeful, repeatable and scalable for ALL fitness levels. These classes will utilize rowers, ski ergs, bikes, running, and lighter/higher volume strength movements. Structure will vary, that's how we keep it exciting! Classes will always begin with a warm-up, followed by circuits, interval work, partner/group exercises, longer metabolic conditioning pieces, and plenty more. Our goal here is to build an ENGINE!! We want increased capacity, not just feeling exhausted after every session.
