Program Description

Our “BUILD” class is a strength-based training program that focuses on developing foundational strength, durability and quality movement patterns. In a BUILD class, you will see lots of squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling and carrying. We will utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight and many more awesome pieces of equipment. BUILD will follow a progressive overload style program, meaning you will slowly work up to heavier weights/higher volume over a given period of time. This program is designed to help you earn strength, the right way. In our hour-long session, you’ll be led through a structured warm-up, primary strength focus for the day, accessory work and/or metabolic conditioning. Any movement we do in class is scalable to any and all levels of fitness. I would suggest this class to anyone and everyone who wants to get stronger, move better and build a solid foundation to last a lifetime.
