Our Programs

Our programs work together to develop strength, conditioning, and long-term athletic resilience.

How To Get Started

Every new member at BUCK Fitness begins with a Foundations phase. This allows us to:

  • Understand your background and goals
  • Teach movement standards and scaling
  • Integrate you into classes safely and confidently

Depending on experience, Foundations may include private sessions, small-group onboarding, or a one-month Foundations Membership.

From there, we’ll recommend the best ongoing membership for you.

Simple. Clear. No pressure.

Meet Your Coach

BUCK Fitness is owned and coached by Emma Mills. Emma brings years of experience as an athlete and coach, with a training philosophy rooted in discipline, consistency, and earned strength.

What she has to say: “My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping people build capacity — physically and mentally — that lasts a lifetime. My goal is to make each person that steps into BUCK Fitness feel like they have a home here. A place to push yourself past your limit, get uncomfortable and truly bring out the best in yourself and everyone around you.”

BUCK Fitness exists because training should be grounding, purposeful, and done with care. We train hard and train right.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your free trial at BUCK Fitness.

  • Is BUCK Fitness CrossFit?

No. BUCK Fitness is strength and conditioning–focused, but we are not a CrossFit gym.

We use functional movements and conditioning, but we avoid advanced or high-risk movements and focus on structured, repeatable training that supports long-term progress.

  • Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. You do not need to be “in shape” to begin training here.

All new members start with a Foundations phase, which allows us to understand your background, teach proper movement patterns, and help you integrate safely into classes. Everything is scalable.

  • How big are classes?

Classes are small and capped at 12 members to ensure quality coaching.

This allows every member to receive instruction, corrections, and appropriate scaling during each session. You will never be lost in the room.

  • What does a typical class look like?

At BUCK Fitness, we offer two kinds of classes: BUILD(strength) and ENGINE(cardio). Each class is an hour long and includes a warm up, workout and cool down, as well as hands on coaching and constant feedback.

  • Do you offer open gym?

At this time, BUCK Fitness operates primarily through coach-led group classes.

Open gym access may be offered in the future, but it is not the focus of our training model. Coaching, structure, and accountability come first.

  • I have injuries or limitations — can I still train?

Yes. Many members train with past injuries or current limitations.

Movements are scaled and modified as needed, and Foundations helps ensure we understand what you need before placing you into regular classes.

  • How does getting started work?

All new members begin with a Foundations phase. Depending on your experience, this may include:

    • Private Foundations sessions
    • Small group onboarding
    • Or a one-month Foundations Membership

After Foundations, we’ll recommend the best ongoing membership option for you.

  • What memberships do you offer?

    BUCK Fitness offers:

    • Unlimited Group Training
    • 3x / Week Group Training
    • 2x / Week Group Training

We also offer a Foundations Membership for new members and a limited Transfer Membership for those transitioning from a closing gym.

  • Are memberships month-to-month?

We offer both month-to-month and commitment options (3, 6, and 12 months).

Longer commitments come with better rates, but all members are guided toward the option that best fits their training goals and schedule.

  • Is BUCK Fitness right for beginners?

Yes — as long as you’re willing to train with intention and consistency.

BUCK Fitness is not about ego or competition. It is about showing up, learning, and putting in the work over time.
